Based on a journey „Around the world in 23 days“, the triumph of the free market is sketched. Companion on this journey through 23 countries is Baron Münchhausen, who appears again and again in the form of thought leaders and profiteers of globalization. Strategies of capital and Münchhausen ́s story meet in the monstrous, the exaggeration, the speculation. Everything is commodified by the ideology of the free market and so, as an antithesis there are no purchasable works in the exhibition. The images withdraw themselves from the market in two ways: on the one hand they appear irremoveably as drawings on the wall and on the other hand as mass produced goods in the form of a printed booklet. The object to be commercialised does not exist.
